Disney World Meet And Greets Are Much Better Than They Used To Be

I recently took my kids to Disney World in Orlando for the first time.  I've been many times before, but I couldn't help but notice one thing that has really improved over the years.  That is the quality of their character meet and greets.  We got a video of the experiences that my kids had with some of the best.

Back in the day, I remember running into different costumed characters, who were just walking around the park.  Now, there are several meeting spots with designated times and even Fast Pass opportunities, with wait times as long if not longer than some rides.  Because of the demand, Disney has taken time to make some of the meetings even more magical.

Take the princesses for example.  Each time my daughter met one, they got down on their knees and had a five minute conversation with her about everything from her interests to her dress!  So cool!  Also, the Magician Mickey Mouse that does meet and greets in Magic Kingdom is simply AMAZING!  Through whatever Disney magic he does it...he talks...mouth moving and all...to each guest, and even relates to what they are doing and wearing.  It blows my mind!  Kudos Disney and check out the video.  Even though you can't hear everything said in some, you can tell how much time and passion they put into each individual guest!
