Diet Sodas Cause Weight Gain

According to a study done by the University of Texas, diet drinks can make you FAT. The study followed a  group for 10 years and concluded that more than half actually GAINED around 5 sizes.

Artificial sweeteners are to blame. It is believed they trigger your appetite more than regular sugar. So, put down that diet drink and get a good ol’ glass of water. :-)
