Another impressive outing for new artist, Weston Burt, as he gets his second straight win and moves on to the next challenger in the Country Whuppin'.  Today, he takes on Canadian powerhouse band, Emerson Drive.  Their US hits have been few and far between lately, but can they knock off the upstart in today's matchup?

Expectations are sure high when an artist is from Fort Payne, Alabama.  I mean, that's the home of arguably the biggest band in country history, Alabama.  Taking influences from his home-boys, as well as a little Garth and Skynyrd, Weston Burt has set forth in trying become a star.  His debut single could be the one to take him there, but that's your vote.

I have always been a big fan of Emerson Drive, since I saw them play at the old Executive Inn in Owensboro.  They have a unique sound that has always kept them around as a player in country music, especially in their home country of Canada.  This latest single could put them back on the US charts.  What do you think?
