Country Whuppin’ – Dustin Lynch Vs. Jana Kramer

Today begins the very first edition of the Country Whuppin'.  Every Tuesday and Thursday we will give you a match up of two new country songs to vote on here at WKDQ.com.   Then, at 4pm, I will play them on the air and let you call in and vote.The first Country Whuppin' comes from some of the new artists I met this weekend at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Challenger #1 - Dustin Lynch "Cowboys and Angels"

This singer songwriter from Tullahoma, TN sharpened his skills at the legendary Bluebird Cafe and Nashville and realeases his very first single, "Cowboys and Angels."

Challenger #2 - Jana Kramer "Why You Wanna"

Jana Kramer started her career as an actress, appearing in shows like 'Friday Night Lights' and '90210' all before landing a regular role on 'One Tree Hill' and then getting her record deal with Warner Brothers.  Her first official single is called "Why You Wanna."
