Colorado Police Pepper Spray Eight Year-Old Boy

An eight year-old boy at a Colorado elementary school was so out of control according to school officials, the police were called and wound up pepper spraying the child. It all started when 8-year old Aidan Elliott threw a tv and some chairs and began using a cart to bust through a door to a room where teachers had taken some young students to safety. When police arrived, they found Aidan with a 12-inch long piece of wood trim with a knife-like point yelling at officers to come get him. Needless to say, Aidan and his mother hit the talk show circuit yesterday to say that using pepper spray on an 8-year old was too much. Police officials say it could have been much worse and this was not the first time they were called to calm Aidan down, in fact, there were two other incidents involving Aidan and police.
