The Koch Children's Museum of Evansville is hosting a travelling exhibit for the next 4 months to teach kids about ecology and our natural resources.  The exhibit features two animated TV icons.  Who of us didn't grow up seeing the PSA's during Saturday morning cartoons featuring Smokey Bear and Woodsey Owl?  In collaboration with the US Forest Service, Smokey Bear and Woodsey Owl: Home Sweet Home will inspire children and families to discover and care for the world in which we live.  This hands-on display is green-built, and was created at the Betty Brinn Children's Museum.  I encourage you to take your family and explore the pretend woodlands and urban settings while learning lessons from Smokey and Woodsey along the way.  This exhibit will be at CMoe from now until January 28th with support from Vectren.  To find out more visit CMoe's website.
