- Mirror reports that scientists at Seoul National University in Korea say eating chocolate makes you look younger by preventing wrinkles. They say cocoa stops the breakdown of the 'dermal matrix' Chocolate increases blood flow to the skin so it can improve 'density and hydration.'
- According to the Huffington Post, Cambridge University scientists have created a chocolate that helps you look younger. They say just ONE piece of Estechoc a day helps reverse your skin's aging process. The candy contains 'cocoa flavanols and as much astaxanthin as 300g of wild salmon.' Both help with circulation and blood flow to the skin. And, it's low-cal at just 38 calories.
- Food World News states that a study published in the journal Appetite reveals that eating chocolate on a daily basis makes for a 'younger, more active brain' and 'a healthier and stronger heart'. The study found that people who ate chocolate regularly, (look) "younger, more physically active and have fewer chronic health issues than those who don't.''
