It is officially Girl Scout Cookie season, and I am looking forward to trying out their new cookie in 2019! Last year, the Girl Scouts announced that they will be releasing a new cookie called Caramel Chocolate Chip. Based on the name alone, it sounds delicious...but wait until you hear the description. The Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookie features rich caramel, semi-sweet chocolate chips and a touch of sea salt.

Here's the cool thing about this cookie...it's gluten free!
