Celebrate National Left Handers Day

August 13th is a very special day for about 10% of the population. Today is National Left Handers Day!

While 90% of the people reading this don't care...we are here to talk to the 10% of lefties! Dave from the Q Crew Radio show is a lefty and growing up in a righties world, he has many tales to tell! As a kid, his two older brothers were both right handed, so all the sports equipment handed down was for the wrong hand. While playing baseball, Dave used to have to catch the ball with the glove on his left hand, take it off, and then throw the ball. (Now we know why he plays soccer)

It didn't end there, at school trying to write on the right handed desk was a pain and even now while writing on a dry erase board, he pretty much erases as he writes!

So today..if you know a lefty...give them a left handed high five and let them know that they are special!
