Does Alien Life Really Exist and Does Our Government Have Proof? The Disclosure Project Says Yes
Alien life is a topic everyone has an opinion on, but is there anyone who really knows the answers? My son Baylor and I really enjoy having this conversation and we both agree on one thing...it is hard to believe, almost ignorant really, to think that in this vast seemingly endless universe, that we are the ONLY intelligent life that exists anywhere.

U.S. Justice System Is Based On Innocent Until Proven Guilty – Is That Really the Case?
Our Justice system has been front and center for the last couple of years, but especially over the last six months both locally and nationally. Indiana Supreme Court Rules Legal Window Tint Can Still Get Drivers Busted
The Indiana Supreme Court says that even if a motorist has window tint that is well within the legal range, they can still be pulled over for it. Trash talking in New Jersey is considered a form of bullying and the athletic teams will be held to the same anti-bullying laws currently in effect in the schools the team s repre

A New Law Would Allow Police to Search Your Cell Phone Following a Crash
This is so weird, just yesterday I witnessed a little fender bender in downtown Evansville involving a driver who lightly rear-ended another vehicle. When they got out of their cars, the driver at fault admitted to the other driver she was looking at a text, to which the other driver responded in a way I can't print here.

The National Security Agency Has Been Granted the Right to Collect Phone Records for Millions of Verizon Customers
I first read this story this morning and became extremely alarmed because I am a Verizon customer. On April 25, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) authorized the FBI and the Federal Government to obtain the phone records of millions, if not all Verizon customers for a three-month period ending on July 19. Am I just being paranoid or does that sound really, really scary?

Indiana Has Legalized Switchblades and Silencers
It will soon be legal to carry switchblades in the Hoosier state, as a regulation that has been on the books for decades will finally be removed from a laundry list of seemingly dumb Indiana laws. This summer, Indiana will strengthen the ranks of heathens and petty thugs by lifting the ban on spring-loaded knives, commonly referred to as switchblades, that has been protecting its citizens since 19
