We're huge fans of campaigning season, because America always comes together to create political memes, poke fun at candidates and make boring debates a little more interesting. It's country bonding at its finest! We're a little bummed though, because that season has finally come to an end.
Our pets are good at tons of things, like getting stuck in jars and sneaking into pictures for awesome photobombs. They possess talents a bunch of other animals would envy. But did you know our four-legged friends are really, really good at playing dead?
Aside from being ridiculously adorable, our pets offer up some pretty funny entertainment. For starters, they casually hang out for photo shoots and sneeze to the beat of Dubstep. Basically, if there's a cute behavior to be documented, you can be sure we're on it!
We've said this before, and we'll say it again-- puppies and kids are a match made in adorable heaven, especially when they're playing together. How do they pull it off? We have no idea, nor are we questioning.

Every Thursday Leslie and I feature a Vanderburgh Humane Society 'pet of the week' and talk about some of the issues related to having pets. One issue that is really staring to pick up steam is the issue of seat belts for pets. Over the weekend, we drove up to Hanover to visit our son and brought our VHS adopted pug, Bruce Wayne with us. He was all over the car on the ride up and my wife actually said we should belt him in to keep him still.
