Ark Crisis Child Care Center Plans Fairy Tale Ball

In my previous life, before radio, I worked with kids. It was a time in my life that I found the most rewarding. All of my students brought so much life into my life. Well, some were more reluctant to shine their light than others. LOL But each and every one of them taught me more than I could have ever taught them.

One of my former students, whom I am SO proud of, is working with the Arc Crisis Center. She asked me if I would help them get the word out about a magical and remarkable event for children in crisis.

Bonnie Franklin and ‘One Day at a Time’ Showed Me the Difficult Life of a Single Mom With Humor and Love

Sadly, on Friday, actress Bonnie Franklin passed away after her battle with pancreatic cancer - she was 69. Bonnie is probably best remembered for playing 'Ann Romano' on the CBS sitcom 'One Day at a Time.' The show was a huge part of my childhood. My mom, like Ann, had red hair, I wanted to look just like Valerie Bertinelli and the story took place in Indiana. It was also my first glimpse of a woman who was divorced. (I know...crazy, but true) Little did I know, that someday, I would be just like her.

Two Year Old Has an Amazing, Unbelievable Basketball Shot [VIDEO]

My sons LOVE sports, especially basketball. Since they could hold a mini basketball in their hands, they were shooting a basket. They didn't always make it but I sure made a big deal when they did.

The parents of THIS kid must have blisters on their fingers from clapping so much. And even though the 'misses' are edited out, the shots are still pretty amazing!

84-Year Old Grandpa Plays XBox and Loves It [VIDEO]

My sons, and I am sure your kids too, are addicted to video games. They can spend hours sitting on their butts, staring at a screen, with their controller in hand - trying to beat the game and be totally content and happy. I just DON'T understand it. And I'm guessing that this grandpa couldn't understand it either...until he took control of the controller.

Luke Bryan’s Dance Moves Run in the Family – His Son Bo Can Shake It Too [VIDEO]

During my interview with Luke Bryan I asked some fan questions that included this one from Facebook. Cathey Cat Morris wanted to know, "Do you regret shaking it the first time because now you kinda have to?" Luke replied, "You gotta pay the bills - whatever pays the bills!" LOL Well, apparently he is teaching his son Bo how to pay the bills with similar moves.
