The much anticipated Man of Steel movie is in theaters now. This is the most recent adaptation of the iconic Superman franchise. The movie is getting great reviews and will be a summer blockbuster, no doubt. Imagine if you will, the 1980 Superman movie starring Christopher Reeve and Margot Kidder being made into a musical.

This morning we discussed the letter Naomi Judd wrote to the Tennessean voicing her disappointment about the 2013 CMT Video Awards barely mentioning the passing of George Jones. I said that it might be because the awards show is geared toward a younger crowd because it awards everything video. Jon mentioned that George actually made a few videos including one that was AWESOME that starred an older man working at a gas station. It's the video for 'Who's Gonna Fill Their Shoes'. I first read this story this morning and became extremely alarmed because I am a Verizon customer. On April 25, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) authorized the FBI and the Federal Government to obtain the phone records of millions, if not all Verizon customers for a three-month period ending on July 19. Am I just being paranoid or does that sound really, really scary?
