Do you remember what some of your career dreams or desires were when you were in middle or high school?  For me, I had visions of a career in banking since one of my favorite subjects was math.  Then during my college years as a business major, I discovered that I loved working at the campus radio station and that is how my path led me to a career in radio broadcasting.

It’s never too early to be thinking about what career choices your students or children may have in mind after graduation.  Let them explore and discover what local businesses and corporations from around the Tri-State area are all about at Career Exploration Day on Wednesday, September 30th.

High school and middle school students from Evansville and surrounding counties can learn more about the opportunities that lie ahead from participating businesses and corporations – the products and services they provide, career options they offer, and how each are making a difference in the tri-state area.

This free event will be held in the ballroom at the Old National Events Plaza, 715 Locust St., Evansville, IN from 9a – 12:30p.  Hosted by Junior Achievement and the Public Education Foundation.  Visit: oldnationaleventsplaza.com or call 812-435-5770.
