Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton are truly one of country's most powerful couples. So, it would only be fitting if they one day loaded up the tour bus -- together. Is a joint tour next up for the fan-favorite husband and wife?

They obviously have a lot of musical chemistry together, as was evident when they fell in love onstage way back in 2005. And, when Shelton got to share the stage with his wife at a concert last spring, he called it an "unbelievable experience."

However, Shelton and Lambert definitely not rushing into anything -- even though it really would be every country fan's dream to see them tour together. "That’s a big step to do a big tour together,” Lambert explains to station WWGP.  "We have Faith [Hill] and Tim [McGraw]’s shoes to fill and Soul2Soul was huge and we want to make sure that we pick the right time."

Adds the 'Mama's Broken Heart' hitmaker, "And not that I’m comparing it to that, it’s just we want it to be that big and that important and until it will, we’re not gonna step out on that limb."

But Lambert ended on a promising note, saying, “I think the more we’ve grown, the more we’ve grown closer we started to go together musically a little bit more. So I think it’d make more sense for a tour.”

While it may be a bit more time before the country couple hits the road together, at least they're talking about it, inching toward it little by little. For now, Lambert is out on the road with Dierks Bentley on the Locked and Reloaded Tour, and her husband, the reigning Entertainer of the Year, is currently on his Ten Times Crazier Tour, which started off with sold-out shows.

Plus, as Lambert has shown, she can handle rowdy crowds just fine on her own, even if her husband isn't there to intervene!
