I am a card carrying "freak."  That's right, ten years ago when this crazy phenomenon called the Muzik Mafia hit, and its leaders, Big & Rich led the Freak Parade, I jumped right in.  For everyone who thinks Big & Rich is just "Save A Horse (Ride A Cowboy)," you missed one of the greatest acts in country.

I still think "Horse Of A Different Color" might be one of the best produced albums EVER!  I used to be a guy who put the CD changer on random, until this album showed me that sometimes you piece the album together the way it's supposed to be heard.

Innovation was the key to Big Kenny and John Rich's artistry.  People like to complain about this hip-hop and rock infused country that seems the trend on the radio, today.  Heck, 10 years ago, that was all being done by these guys and that what kept most of their tunes OFF the radio.  I'm so glad they have a single climbing the charts again, and I thought I'd take a looke back at their first single, "Wild West Show" to their newest hit, "Look At You."
