Bar/Arcade High Score Saloon is Now Open!

A few months ago we got the exciting news that Evansville was finally getting what we really wanted, an arcade that serves beer! And now High Score Saloon is officially open!

Here's the lowdown from High Score Saloon's website:

12 pinballs. 18 arcades. 8 taps of wonderful, rotating craft beer. 4 gaming stations.
And the question posed to us daily is finally answered: December 18th we open our doors to the public.
Pinball is $.50 a play or 3/$1.00.
Arcades? Free.
Gaming stations? Free.
Hotdogs. Popcorn. Totino’s pizza. Soft Pretzel. Chips. All $3 and under.

Back in June when it was announced High Score Saloon would be opening, I reached out to Clint Hoskins, one of the owners and he explained to me that currently they own all the games at Secret Headquarters on First Avenue, and since it's done so well,they decided to open a second business, that includes two of everyone's favorite things, vintage games, as well as delicious craft beer. He said they want it to be a fun social atmosphere where you can come and hang out with your friends while playing some of your favorite games.

I don't know about you, but vintage games along with a cold beer and some good friends sounds like a great time to me!
