Another New Ride Planned For Holiday World In 2012
Fans of Holiday World and Splashin' Safari were thrilled this summer to hear about the addition of the new Mammoth water coaster that will be added in 2012. For fans of the dry park, you will not be left out. While one classic attraction "rides" into the sunset, another is set to go (way) up in its place. It was announced today on Holiday World's website that there are only two weeks left to ride "Paul Revere's Midnight Ride." At the end of the season, the classic "Spider" ride, which debuted in 1978, will be removed to make way for a 65 foot vertical swing ride. No name for the ride as been announced, but it appears to keep with the patriotic theme of the "4th of July" area of the park. It will also have the same height restrictions of "Paul Revere," keeping it a family ride!
