A Beautiful Indiana State Park That Transports You To Another World

If you love hiking, the beautiful outdoors and Lord of the Rings, you will LOVE this Indiana State Park

The park is Turkey Run State Park, in Marshall, IN, Parke County. Leslie used to visit there quite a bit as a child because her mothers family owned a large farm in that area. It is absolute one of the most breathtaking state parks in Indiana. As you are hiking, you feel like there is no way this is Indiana. It looks and feels like a whole other world.

The hiking trails are great for all levels.

From the Tristate, Turkey Run is only about a 3 hr drive. And, its totally worth it!! There is camping available, an Inn and area hotels. The surrounding area offers many antique stores and covered bridges.
