60-Year-Old Evansville Man Missing – Family Asking for Help Locating Him [PHOTO]

The family of 60-year-old Ronald Biggs is asking for your help in locating him after reporting him missing on Friday, March 17th.

The Evansville Police Department released Biggs' photo on Facebook Tuesday morning stating no one in the family, nor any of his friends had been in contact with him for approximately a month before they reported him missing.
