Okay so it's February, and at the rate I'm going it's really time to buckle down and get my butt in gear or else there's going to be an issue with fitting into my wedding dress! haha! I never stopped going to the gym, I go regularly, but trying to get motivated when it's cold out is KILLING me, so here's 5 ways I try to stay motivated to go to the gym!

1) Buy new workout clothes in fun colors.  One time my only motivation to go to the gym was my new leggings...no shame.  Also I just bought 3 new workout tanks at Walmart for $7/piece That's awesome!  See photo above for leggins pic.

2) get yourself new gym gear, I bought myself a new gym bag.  Well correction, I finally bought myself a real gym bag I was using an old backpack to carry my clothes and gear in, so when I bought a new Adidas actual gym bag I was good to go!

3) Take your gym clothes to work, don't go home between work and the gym.  Just go straight from work I promise, it's easier than leaving your cozy warm home.

4)  Follow fitness accounts on Instagram.  I know it sounds so weird, but when I follow fitness accounts and they blow up my newsfeed it makes me motivated to go.

5)make a new workout playlist.  Nothing pumps me up for a workout like new music! Changing up my playlist helps motivate me more than you'd think!
