2013 Vanderburgh County Farm Bureau Farmers’ Market Opens TODAY in Downtown Evansville

This time time of year, I always crave fresh and delicious fruits and veggies. If you are like me, today is the best day EVER!! Today is the Pre-Market Early Crop Days opening of the Vanderburgh County Farm Bureau Farmers’ Market!! So, get it fresh and get it local! :-)

This annual outdoor event features local producers of fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, plants and other assorted agriculture-related items. This event takes place on every Friday (8am-1:00pm) from May 3rd through September 27th, 2013 and is FREE to the public on the corner of Second and Sycamore.

Along with all of the fruits and veggies, new this year - breakfast and lunch services, art sales, and a Deaconess Hospital booth.
